This is a good entry level class for beginners with little to no experience in tai chi principles or exercise. Space is limited and advanced registration required. Subsequent 6 to 8-week sections TBA.

NEW CLASS Balance the Tai Chi Way begins Wednesday March 20th at 10:30am is a continuation of the balance matters series. It will study and practice a blend of balance exercises and a short Tai Chi for health set from Dr. Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for health series. Seated options are available on request. This is on offshoot from my Balance Matters series which ends March 13th. It is a great entry level program also emphasizing the elements of balance and Tai Chi principles.
